Founding Brand Director: Remote, Creative Freedom

Pairs is seeking a founding Head of Brand to shape how the company presents itself to founders and investors. You will own positioning, voice, visual identity, and the writing and video behind them, with creative freedom from day one.
In this fully remote role, you will lead editorial output, plan newsletters and quarterly reports, edit video, and build a small brand team as the company grows, ensuring consistent brand perception across all touchpoints.
