Creative Director, Content & Brand Strategy

Moncur is seeking a Creative Director (Content) to lead the overall creative direction and quality across accounts. The role blends strategy and copy (about 25%) with leadership (about 75%), guiding writers and designers in branding, marketing, and ideation.
You will interact with clients, present, and develop engaging content across brand, websites, videos, and digital/social channels, while coaching team members and shaping standards for written content.
