Experience: 8+ Years Corporate Communications / Editorial Management

We Miracle Software Systems are looking for an experienced ET Communications Lead & Editor-in-Chief to lead editorial strategy, channel governance, employee engagement, and AI-enabled communication across a large enterprise technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead editorial direction for newsletters, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and ET communication channels.

Establish editorial, brand, visual, and channel governance standards.

Drive adoption of AI-enabled communication tools, including channel recommendation solutions.

Analyze communication analytics and deliver executive-level engagement insights.

Optimize publishing workflows and reduce communication noise across teams.

Partner with global communicators and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.

Manage content quality, publishing schedules, and audience engagement strategies.
