Head of Search Marketing PPC & SEO Strategy (Remote)

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Director of Search Marketing to own the strategy for PPC and SEO across multifamily, B2B and technical verticals. You will lead the PPC and SEO strategists, setting quality standards and owning the department's performance and reporting.
You will be the client-facing owner, guiding budget allocation as accounts scale and establishing the hiring plan for the team, with the strategists handling execution. This is a management seat, not a senior IC role.
