About the Role
Harbour Dental Care is seeking a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead patient acquisition, appointment conversion, retention, and overall practice growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling marketing operations and increasing patient volume, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on increasing new-patient acquisition and practice revenue.

Lead digital marketing, local market outreach, referral programs, and other patient acquisition channels.

Improve conversion rates from inquiries and leads to booked appointments and completed visits.

Partner with practice and operations teams to reduce appointment no-shows and improve patient retention.

Develop patient reactivation campaigns to bring existing and inactive patients back into the practice.

Own marketing budgets, KPIs, ROI, and performance reporting.

Analyze marketing and patient acquisition data to identify growth opportunities.

Build and manage external marketing agencies, vendors, and internal marketing resources as needed.

Establish scalable marketing processes across the organization.

Required Qualifications

Proven success in a senior marketing leadership role , preferably CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Marketing, or equivalent.

Demonstrated success driving patient growth in dental practices or healthcare organizations .

Strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, patient acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention .

Experience managing significant marketing budgets and measuring marketing ROI.

Strong analytical and performance-management capabilities.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Must currently reside in Florida or be willing to relocate to Florida.
