As Head of Marketing & Communications, you will shape how the firm tells its story globally, strengthening its brand, reputation, and positioning across key audiences. The ideal candidate will oversee brand, corporate communications, media relations, content, digital, and social by leading an established team and partnering across the organization.
The Role:
- Lead communications across media relations, content, thought leadership, digital, social, and internal channels
- Shape and evolve the firm’s global brand strategy, positioning, and overall narrative
- Develop a more proactive approach to telling the firm’s story and strengthening its global reputation
- Partner closely with Recruiting and Talent to build a compelling brand that attracts exceptional technical talent
The Ideal Candidate:
- Significant experience across brand, corporate communications, and marketing, ideally within financial services, technology, professional services, or another complex organization
- Strong media relations experience with the ability to turn complex and technical topics into clear, compelling stories
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the confidence and judgment to work effectively with senior stakeholders
- Curious, collaborative, and team-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a highly intellectual and fast-paced environment
