Ladders is hiring: Sr. Director, Offline Advertising in New York

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Offline Advertising to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This leader will own the strategy and execution of offline advertising initiatives that support enterprise growth and customer acquisition. The role will be accountable for optimizing media investment, strengthening measurement, and translating performance data into actionable recommendations. This position will partner closely with Data Science and other cross-functional teams to improve attribution, scalability, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 - 180,000 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an enterprise-wide offline media strategy and budget allocation

Own performance metrics and business outcomes for customer acquisition channels

Drive testing and optimization initiatives for scalable demand generation

Collaborate with Data Science to refine measurement and attribution modelsBuild and lead high-performing marketing teams with a focus on growth

Translate media insights into actionable strategic recommendations with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field

12 years of experience in performance or growth marketing with leadership responsibilities

Deep expertise in multiple offline acquisition channels

Proven experience managing large media budgets effectively

Advanced knowledge of media performance analytics and testing methodologies

Strong people leadership and team development skills

Must be authorized to work in the country without employment visa sponsorship
