Marketing Administrative Coordinator

Position: Full-Time
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a highly organized Marketing Administrative Coordinator to support and coordinate our marketing activities across multiple markets.
Responsibilities Maintain and manage the company marketing calendar.
Coordinate the scheduling of advertising and promotional campaigns.
Review and route artwork, offers, audience lists, and marketing materials for approval.
Confirm campaign dates, quantities, markets, and costs before release.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, media companies, and other vendors.
Maintain organized records of marketing campaigns, artwork, approvals, and expenses.
Track marketing spending by vendor, campaign, market, and category.
Track leads, sales, revenue, and ROI associated with marketing campaigns.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for management.
Assist with invoices, vendor communication, and marketing budget tracking.
Ensure deadlines and campaign schedules are met.
Qualifications Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
Comfortable working with budgets, reports, and basic marketing data.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Marketing or advertising experience is helpful but not required.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus.
