Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations, compliance, and quality standards for ABA programs statewide
- Lead, mentor, and develop BCBA and clinical teams
- Drive program expansion, census growth, and operational efficiency
- Ensure regulatory compliance with NY state and insurance requirements
- Partner with executive leadership on strategy and performance metrics
