Stone House is a fiduciary wealth management firm rooted in Northeastern Pennsylvania. We help hardworking families, pre-retirees, and retirees build a clear plan for what comes next. Our marketing team is growing, and we need someone who makes campaigns run.
As our Marketing Operations Coordinator, you'll take approved copy and a mapped-out campaign strategy and make it happen. You'll build and launch email campaigns, schedule social content, keep our CRM clean, and fix the connections between platforms when they break. This role suits someone who gets real satisfaction from a clean launch and systems that run smoothly.
What you'll do Build and launch campaigns from approved copy and campaign plans, on schedule
Build, segment, and manage email lists, and deploy campaign emails, reminders, confirmations, and follow-up flows
Check every send for the right list, timing, messaging, and formatting before it goes out
Schedule social media content and monitor engagement
Troubleshoot connections between forms, calendars, CRM, and email
Keep CRM data clean
Report on campaign results
Manage tasks and deadlines in Asana and keep work moving with the team
What you bring 3 to 5+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution
Strong experience with email platforms, list segmentation, and automated flows
Experience with a CRM or marketing automation platforms
Comfort troubleshooting integrations between marketing tools
A quality-assurance mindset and close attention to detail
Nice to have HighLevel experience
Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
