As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Brand Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building relationships, and developing hands-on experience in marketing, communications, sales, and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

Represent client campaigns through professional, face-to-face interactions

Build strong relationships with customers and community members by creating positive, engaging experiences

Communicate campaign information, promotions, services, and key messaging clearly and confidently

Educate individuals about the organizations, brands, and initiatives we represent

Answer questions and provide accurate information while maintaining a professional approach

Support daily marketing, outreach, and customer acquisition initiatives to help achieve campaign goals

Work alongside team members and leadership to improve campaign performance and engagement

Provide feedback to management regarding customer interactions and campaign results

Maintain a professional image while representing Winning SZN and its clients

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, hospitality, or communications is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting

Organized with strong time-management skills

Team-oriented with a positive and motivated attitude

High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability

Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development

Weekly pay ($700-$1,500 range)
