Fractional Creative Strategist (Fully Remote)

Own the creative strategy behind paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
Translate business goals into clear creative priorities and actionable briefs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build structured testing frameworks for hooks, messaging, formats, offers, and CTAs.
Review performance data and ad creative to iterate on winners and identify fatigue.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, and direct-response advertising.
Strong understanding of DTC, consumer psychology, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
