Paid Media Analytics & Optimization Lead

GENTLE MONSTER is seeking a Paid Media Operations & Performance Analyst to support its U.S. and Canada business. You will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, analyze GA4 data, and create Looker Studio dashboards to inform spend and creative decisions.
Candidates will handle cross-platform testing, monitor performance daily, and translate insights into audience, budget, and message optimizations. Experience with TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest ads is a plus.
