We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to identify and advance strategic growth opportunities through channel partners, technology alliances, distribution relationships, and cooperative purchasing programs. This role is ideal for a business development professional who enjoys creating new opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and translating market opportunities into long-term business growth.
What You'll Do
Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with reseller, channel, distribution, technology, manufacturer, and industry partners
Develop and execute strategic account and partnership plans that support revenue growth and long-term engagement
Identify and evaluate new partnership, channel, co-marketing, co-selling, and product introduction opportunities aligned with company objectives
Lead strategic discussions with partner leadership and facilitate executive engagement, training strategies, and joint go-to-market activities
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with customer and channel priorities
Identify and evaluate cooperative purchasing organizations, procurement programs, and contract opportunities
Partner internally to support pricing strategies, renewals, compliance activities, and bid responses associated with approved purchasing programs
Monitor industry, market, and competitive developments and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and business development reporting
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in strategic account management, channel sales, business development, or related roles
Knowledge of Pro AV , education technology, assistive communication, commercial audio, or related industries
Experience working with cooperative purchasing organizations and government or education procurement programs and contracts
