Marketing Coordinator - Denver

ME Engineers is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate office in Denver, Colorado. This position is ideal for a marketing professional who is comfortable working both independently and as part of an integrated marketing team.

This is an in-office position. Office hours are M-Th 7:30 am-5:30 am and Fridays 7:30 am-11:30 am.

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and the level of training required to successfully perform the responsibilities of the role.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and prepare proposals, qualifications, and presentations

Manage multiple proposals simultaneously

Developing marketing collateral such as project resumes, project profiles, and brochures

Maintaining the project database

Supporting additional marketing initiatives, including photo shoots, internal and external communications, and events as needed.

What You Bring

BS in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field

3-4 years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry is required

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong graphic skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Prior CRM experience a plus

Ability to multitask and prioritize work without significant oversight
