Healthcare PR & Media Relations Specialist

Pinkston is seeking an Account Executive in Falls Church, VA to coordinate interviews, secure media placements, and support day-to-day client communications. You will interact with the press, craft pitches and talking points, and help manage client meetings and briefings.
The role requires 1–2 years of communications experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to understand healthcare and policy issues.
