Quote Magnet runs Facebook lead generation for metal building, barndominium and construction companies across the US. We're hiring one Senior Media Buyer to own 50+ client ad accounts, each spending $50–$300 a day.
Most media buyers are judged on cost per lead. We judge ours on whether our clients close jobs and stay.
Our clients need a marketer, not a monitor

You decide whether a contractor gets real jobs from their ad spend. That means caring what happens after the lead: did the buyer have land, a budget and a timeline, and did the client call them?

You can explain results to a contractor without jargon, in fluent English

Your approach to small-budget accounts is to set them and let the algorithm work
You can't work 9 AM–5 PM US Eastern, Monday to Friday
You can only show screenshots and can't open a live account on camera

Compensation

Pay and how we measure you

$3,000–$6,000
USD per month · base salary plus performance bonuses, set by experience
Bonuses are tied to client retention and qualified-lead rate, never cost per lead alone.
Exclusive, full-time seat, 9 AM–5 PM US Eastern.
You start with a 2-week paid trial on 8–10 live accounts.
Your team: client success managers, video editors, a GHL and automations specialist and both founders.
