Senior Growth Leader Solutions Marketing

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting to the CMO. You will inherit a team of about eight across three functions and define the strategy, working with executives across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing from day one. You will own product marketing hand-in-hand with sales, define positioning and messaging frameworks, and develop compelling collateral and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
