Director of Retail Media & Paid Search

Harvest Group is seeking a Director or Senior Director to lead the Retail Media practice in a fully remote capacity across the United States. You will shape omnichannel media strategies, guide cross-functional teams, and drive client growth with top retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Instacart.
The role requires deep expertise in retail media, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence stakeholders at the CEO/CMO level.
