Medical Device Service Writer — Growth & Benefits

Prescott’s Med in Monument, CO is seeking a detail-oriented Service Writer to manage customer service requests, provide estimates, and ensure accurate documentation for service and maintenance. This onsite role supports field reps and internal technicians from our Monument facility.
The position requires 2+ years in a related administrative or service-writing role, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and NetSuite.
