Retail Media Performance Lead (NA)

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Retailer.com Performance Marketing to lead day-to-day performance across NA retailer media programs.
You will partner with Retail Media Networks, brand teams, and the Agency of Record to drive media investments that meet business objectives. You will own retailer media strategy, execution, and reporting, optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CTR, and conversions while coordinating with cross-functional teams and budgets.
