Lead Marketing Manager

Article Student Living is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Manager in Missouri to lead all sales and marketing plans for our student housing community. You will build and mentor a team, close leases, and hit occupancy targets while upholding brand standards.
You will report to the Property Manager. The pay range is $56,000 - $58,000, plus an annual bonus, with full-time benefits and opportunities for growth.
