The Hartford is seeking a Divisional Sales Manager for Hartford Funds to hire, coach, train, and develop Advisor Consultants across Wire and Non-Wire channels. Reporting to the Head of Distribution, you will guide regional sales initiatives and represent Hartford Funds at meetings and events.
Lead a regional team, drive production, recruit and mentor wholesalers, and collaborate with internal support teams while upholding compliance and driving growth.
