OSP Engineer: Fiber & Copper Infrastructure Design

Quantum Sky seeks an experienced Outside Plant Engineer in Oak Ridge, TN to lead design, development, and operation of complex OSP infrastructure. You will coordinate engineers, contractors, and authorities to deliver reliable fiber and copper facilities at the ORR.
You’ll manage documentation, estimates, bids, permits, and schedules, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements. This role targets federal-scale projects and career growth.
