AlphaGov is seeking a public-sector workforce succession and HR planning consultant to lead or support engagements for state agencies and large public employers. This remote-first role involves occasional client travel and collaboration on proposals.
You’ll drive analytics, gap analyses, and leadership workshops, aligning recommendations with civil-service constraints, while contributing to AlphaGov proposals when permitted. Strong credentials are preferred.
