Hands-on Java + React full-stack engineer . Wants someone who can operate as a technical lead when needed but is still a very strong individual contributor who can personally produce a lot of code.
Coming from JPMorgan and they love to see ppl form there. Tenure is important for them, they do not like job hoppers.
Must-haves
- 10+ years Java development — this looks like the biggest requirement.
- Strong ReactJS experience; needs to be genuinely full stack, not a Java developer who has only touched UI.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or technical/engineering discipline — required.
- Experience designing scalable applications and applying design patterns .
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, telemetry/observability, and non-functional requirements .
- Senior enough to lead other engineers , but still highly hands-on.
- Demonstrated initiative: curious, continuous learner, doesn't wait to be assigned every task.
- Experience actually using AI-assisted development/coding tools effectively.
- LARGE ENTERPRISE EXPERIENCE
Nice to have:
Cyber/IAM experience and a Master’s in CS.
