Brand Designer

Snapshot · Nashville, TN, USA ·

Job type:
Full Time

The Brand Designer is a hands-on execution role supporting the creative team across digital, web, and select traditional work. This role reports to the Art Director and exists to carry creative vision from concept into finished, production-ready assets, while also contributing original design thinking, maintaining style guidelines and ensuring brand consistency.

You are equally comfortable starting from a blank page and picking up someone else's layout to see it through. You move fast without getting sloppy, you keep your own work organized, and you understand that in an agency the best idea only matters if it ships on time, on spec, and on brand.

What sets you apart
You care as much about the last ten percent as the first idea. You sweat the details other people skip, and you leave files in better shape than you found them.

Real production chops, with the ability to resize, adapt, and version campaign assets across dozens of placements without losing the integrity of the original design

Web design experience that lets you lay out pages, design responsive states, and prep clean handoff files for development

Fluency across digital formats, from paid social and display to email, landing pages, and presentations, with enough traditional exposure to handle print when it comes up

The range to originate concepts when a project needs fresh thinking, and the discipline to execute someone else's direction faithfully when it does not

Light motion ability that brings static design to life in animated social and display units

Organization that does not depend on anyone reminding you, with tasks, time, and files tracked in project management software

A calm, collaborative presence under volume and tight timelines

A keen eye for design trends and best practices to keep a brand fresh and relevant

Owning asset resizing, adaptation, and versioning so campaign creative shows up consistent and on strategy in every placement
