The Marketing and Development Manager is a highly organized, proactive project manager responsible for creating, managing and executing marketing and communications for MHAOhio programs while coordinating organization-wide marketing, communications, and development initiatives. This position collaborates with program staff, leadership, donors, volunteers, and community partners to keep priorities, timelines, and deliverables aligned.
SCHEDULE Work hours are generally 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, flexible based upon work demands and in consultation with supervisor; full-time exempt position. Work setting can be hybrid to include time in office and remote or can be fully in office.
