Marketing Manager Campaigns, Loyalty & Local Growth

Gold Star Chili seeks a Marketing Manager to translate strategy into multi-channel campaigns across agencies, internal teams, franchise partners, and restaurant operators. You will own day-to-day execution of campaigns, loyalty and CRM initiatives, local store marketing, and digital programs.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing experience, strong project management, and the ability to align stakeholders while using results to improve programs.
