About the Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Representatives .
This position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development . Representatives work directly with customers to introduce products and services, build relationships, and support customer acquisition and sales goals.
No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help new team members develop the communication, sales, and professional skills needed to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Engage directly with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions
Introduce customers to available products, services, and current promotions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Educate customers and answer questions about available options
Build positive relationships while providing a professional customer experience
Generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Develop product knowledge and effective sales techniques
Maintain accurate knowledge of current offers and promotions
Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training
Work alongside team members and leadership to achieve performance goals

No prior experience required — paid training is provided
Previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience is a plus
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
