Senior SEO / Head of Marketing Job at Genuine Search Group in Summit County

Our client, a well-established manufacturing firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and automation across a diverse product portfolio.
Develop and execute digital marketing and marketing operations strategy, including budgets, roadmaps, and vendor management
Oversee website performance, user experience, conversion optimization, SEO, and emerging AI search strategies
Manage marketing technology platforms, integrations, and automation
Develop AI-powered workflows to scale content creation and streamline marketing processes
Build performance dashboards, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Improve marketing data infrastructure and the distribution of product content and sales materials
Lead team workflows, document processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and output

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
~5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within consumer products, manufacturing, or a multi-brand business
~ Experience owning digital strategy, website/CMS platforms, SEO, and marketing automation
~ Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and leading/mentoring team members
~ Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills
