Seeking a full-time remote Technical Content Producer, the candidate will create compelling content that articulates the advantages of a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), including case studies, product one-sheets, and multimedia assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
Draft and produce marketing materials such as case studies, one-sheets, and product explainers
Adapt core content into various formats for multi-channel distribution to maximize reach
Produce short-form videos and multimedia assets, managing light design and video editing
Required qualifications
3-5 years of content production experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or MSP sectors
Experience in cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery
Proven ability to quickly learn and translate complex technical domains into engaging content
Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing technical content and multimedia projects
Highly organized with effective asset management and versioning skills
