A well-established general contractor is seeking a Director of Preconstruction to lead its preconstruction function and drive its next phase of growth.
The role:
Lead and develop the preconstruction team
Drive design-build and design-assist pursuits from concept through GMP
Own client relationships with owners, developers, and design partners
Lead new business development and convert opportunities into projects
Bring a strong commercial and financial lens to budgeting and risk
What you bring:
8+ years of GC preconstruction experience
Design-build and/or design-assist background
Track record on projects over $30M
Commercially and financially driven
Proven success in client relations and business development
Based in Las Vegas, or has delivered multiple projects in the Las Vegas market
