Creative Producer for UGC

To support a high-growth startup focused on women's health, the full-time remote Creative Producer for UGC will generate over 20 high-quality video creatives monthly, including managing UGC creators and executing performance-driven scripts within an established creative strategy.
Key responsibilities

Generate 20+ high-quality video creative concepts per month by analyzing various data sources and trends
Write compelling UGC scripts optimized for paid social advertising, focusing on engaging storytelling and clear CTAs
Produce at least 10 videos per month featuring real UGC creators, overseeing the full production cycle

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing, or paid social advertising
Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven video ads and UGC content
Proven experience writing scripts for UGC creators and direct-response video ads
Deep understanding of paid social platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple productions simultaneously
