We're looking for a creative, hands-on

Video Content Creator

who thrives in a fast-paced, content-driven environment. In this role, you'll own the video production process from concept to final edit, creating compelling content that drives engagement, supports product launches, and fuels paid social campaigns.

You'll collaborate with athletes, influencers, and internal stakeholders to create impactful brand storytelling across multiple platforms while helping guide and mentor emerging content creators.

What You'll Do

Film and edit both short-form and long-form video content

Create high-performing content for paid social advertising campaigns

Support product launches, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling initiatives

Capture content with athletes, influencers, ambassadors, and internal team members

Manage multiple content projects and deadlines simultaneously

Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior content creators

Stay current on social media trends and emerging content formats

What We're Looking For

Professional experience in videography and video editing

Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content and storytelling

Deep understanding of content creation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms

Knowledge of paid social creative best practices and performance-driven content

Experience handling both production and post-production workflows

Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and deadlines

Experience within fitness, sports, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer products is a plus
