Company Overview
Our client is an early-stage B2B technology company building an AI marketing platform for lean marketing teams. This role owns the customer experience from the moment a customer signs on through successful, ongoing adoption.

Position Overview
The Customer Marketing Manager will own onboarding, activation, and ongoing account management for a portfolio of roughly 50 customers, turning new signups into activated, retained users. The person in this seat runs onboarding calls, drives persistent follow-up until customers hit their win metrics, and escalates product friction to engineering. The ideal candidate is a customer-facing performance marketer who has personally run paid campaigns on Meta or Google and can translate a customer's marketing problem into the right workflow inside the platform.
