Strategic Services Inside Account Manager

Extreme Networks seeks an energetic Services Inside Account Manager (SIAM) to drive renewals, maintenance and new subscriptions in a designated region. You will quote expiring contracts 90 days in advance, upsell services, and act as the service sales expert for your territory.
The role requires 2+ years in inside sales, strong phone communications, experience with Salesforce, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset. College degree preferred; travel up to 5%.
