Social Media ManagerWe're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives at the intersection of culture, platform trends, and emerging technology. You'll own our always-on social presence, spot what's next before it's mainstream, and use AI tools to move faster and smarter than the competition.Responsibilities:Own day-to-day strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platformsIdentify and act on cultural/social trends in real time; build a rapid-response content processUse AI tools (generative content, trend forecasting, analytics/insight tools) to scale ideation and productionPartner with creative, brand, and influencer teams to translate campaigns into native social formatsIdentify new platform partnership opportunities beyond core social channels — Reddit, Substack, LinkedIn, and other emerging community/media platforms — to expand brand presence where culture is formingDevelop and manage content calendars, community management, and platform-specific KPIsTrack emerging platforms and features (new apps, algorithm shifts, format changes) and advise leadership on where to investReport on performance with a point of view — not just metrics, but what they mean for strategyQualifications:5-6+ years in social media, with a portfolio of trend-driven, culturally fluent workDeep fluency in current platform mechanics (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and where social is headingHands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, ideation, or social listeningStrong editorial instincts — can spot a trend early and know when/how to participate authenticallyExcellent collaborator across creative, brand, and PR teamsComfortable working fast, testing often, and adapting in real timeExperience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferredBasic content creation/editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) idealCommunity-building or creator-partnership experience a plusThe base salary range for this role is between $ 90,000 and $ 100,000 . The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications.
