Xterra Health is seeking a part-time CRO Specialist to help veterans access care through landing pages and optimized funnels. You will build, launch, and manage pages in Unbounce with proper form setup, CRM routing, and tracking.
You will improve conversion across the site by refining page structure, forms, CTAs, speed, and mobile experience. Analyze GA4 data, heatmaps, and funnel reports to identify friction points, prioritize fixes, and run A/B tests as traffic allows.
