Art & Design Retail Operations Leader

RISD - Rhode Island School of Design is seeking a Lead, Retail Operations to oversee daily shift activities in its Providence retail stores. You will manage cash handling, stocking, merchandising and customer service while ensuring consistency with RISD’s standards and policies.
The role requires at least 3 years in retail with 1 year in a leadership capacity, knowledge of POS and inventory systems, and a commitment to inclusive service and accuracy.
