Creative Lead

Hello Robo, Inc. in New York City is seeking a proactive Project/Studio Coordinator to keep design projects moving from kickoff through invoicing. You’ll run weekly kickoffs, manage client calls, and ensure timely follow-ups and asset delivery.
Based in our NYC studio, you’ll handle contracts, NDAs, and signatures while keeping payments on track. A design/creative background and curiosity about robotics are a plus.
