Transforming raw footage into engaging social media content, the part-time Junior Content Creator will create high-retention videos and manage editorial calendars while collaborating with international teams remotely.
Key responsibilities:

Transform raw footage into fast-paced, high-retention 30-second videos for social channels
Co-develop messaging and manage video pipelines to maintain an active editorial calendar
Produce educational assets and repurpose long-form content into dynamic short clips

Required qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in video editing and short-form content production
Demonstrated mastery of storytelling, platform algorithms, and video editing suites
Proven track record of producing high-performing short-form video content
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is encouraged
