Yes& is an integrated marketing agency with offices in Alexandria, VA. Our team brings deep expertise in branding, messaging, storytelling, advertising and stakeholder engagement. We are seeking an engaging game-show producer and host for an in-office holiday event in Alexandria, Virginia.

We envision employees competing in approximately six teams through several short rounds, potentially including survey-style questions, music identification, visual puzzles, general trivia and simple audience challenges. The format should allow employees to participate at different comfort levels without putting anyone unexpectedly on the spot.

Scope Of Work
The selected host will:
- Participate in one planning call with our team
- Recommend and develop the overall game-show format
- Prepare the questions, rounds, scoring system and host script
- Incorporate a limited amount of company-specific content provided by us
- Provide a written run-of-show and final materials in advance Identify any necessary AV, equipment or room-setup requirements
- Arrive early for setup and a brief technical run-through
- Host the 60–75-minute program and maintain an upbeat, inclusive atmosphere
- Coordinate with a designated Yes& staff member serving as scorekeeper, if needed.
