Basis Property Group seeks a remote Blender artist to model buildings, interiors, and sites for walkthrough property types. You’ll map objects to component IDs and depreciation classes, export light-weight glTF/GLB assets for the web, and render scenes in Cycles.
You’ll craft believable materials, lighting, and site context while tracking third-party licenses and attributions to keep projects compliant and on schedule.
