About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, well-connected NYC-based Talent & Booking Manager to represent an established Electronic / Afro-House artist. The focus is on securing paid live gigs, festivals, brand activations, and strategic collaborations within NYC and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Secure paid bookings (clubs, lounges, festivals, cultural & private events)
- Develop collaborations with brands, venues, promoters, and cultural organizations
- Negotiate fees and manage booking logistics
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships in NYC
- Act as the primary point of contact for bookings and partnerships

- Strong NYC music & nightlife network
- Experience in artist management, bookings, or promotions
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Clear communicator and professional negotiator
- Passion for electronic, Afro-house, and global sounds
Compensation Structure:
- Commission-based only
- Percentage agreed per confirmed booking or collaboration
- No cap — earnings scale with performance
