Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director

Sundin Marketing is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director to guide creative efforts and connect account management with graphic design. This role contributes to concepts and final deliverables across print and digital channels, with limited project management responsibilities.

Role Overview
In this position, the Art Director serves as the primary liaison between the account management team and the graphic design team. The role supports campaign design concepts and oversees execution through to final production outputs. Candidates should be comfortable working across multiple client priorities throughout the day and week.

Sundin Marketing is especially interested in experience related to print design, production, printing, and file management . The company does not expect knowledge of designing every possible format, but does expect a strong foundation in graphic design concepts, supported by a robust portfolio.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account managers and the on-staff graphic designer on campaigns and design concepts.

Develop and execute design concepts across a range of channels and clients, while managing and maintaining brand standards.

Create final deliverables, which may include print-ready files, digital graphics, videos, and other formats.

Support job scheduling and workflow in collaboration with the in-Agency art team.

Coordinate with outside vendors, including printers, photographers, videographers, and others.

Manage in-house printers and equipment, as well as software versions and font management.

Continue learning and share learnings related to design, marketing, and communications trends.

Requirements

Work Location and Hybrid Schedule
Sundin Marketing uses a hybrid schedule. The team works remotely on Fridays , and works together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays . The office is located in the heart of Sherborn, Massachusetts (a small suburb outside of Boston). Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sherborn, MA 01770.

Generative AI Use
Except for limited AI tools such as Adobe Photoshop generative fill , Sundin Marketing does not use generative AI, including for graphic design, video production, illustration, or photography.

Part-Time Consideration
For the right candidate, Sundin Marketing is open to considering part-time opportunities that allow for “parent” hours.

Compensation
Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
