Growth Marketing Manager - Health & Wellness

Thrive Health Systems in Colorado Springs is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead cost-efficient marketing across TV, social, email, SEO and events. You will design campaigns, analyze KPI performance, and optimize campaigns to support company growth.
The role is full-time (40+ hours/week) with some travel to Denver and other properties; mileage is reimbursed per IRS guidelines. Proficiency with Google Suite, PPC, content creation, and sales funnel concepts is preferred.
