Job Title: Audio-Video (AV) Technical Support Engineer
Location: Livermore, CA

Seeking an experienced AV Technical Support Engineer to provide hands‑on troubleshooting, configuration, installation, and maintenance of professional AV systems in an on‑site environment.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of AV technical support, engineering, integration, or systems experience.
- Current Dante Certification Level 2 or higher – REQUIRED.
- Strong experience with Dante audio networking and digital audio systems.
- Experience with NDI video-over-IP, AV-over-IP, DSPs, cameras, displays, consoles, and related AV equipment.
- Knowledge of IP networking, switches, VLANs, multicast, QoS, and PoE.
- Ability to troubleshoot signal flow, connectivity, hardware/software, and network issues.
- Ability to read AV schematics, system diagrams, and technical documentation.
- NDI Professional Certification and AVIXA CTS/CTS-D/CTS-I are preferred.
