Carry1st is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own how we acquire, retain and win back customers across Africa and the Middle East. You will manage paid UA budgets, build our CRM and lifecycle program, and lead a team spanning paid UA and creative.
This is a hands-on leadership role: set the growth strategy, then dive into campaigns, data, and iterative optimization to maximize CAC payback and ROAS.
