About the Role:
Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Marketing Coordinator based in the United States. In this digital marketing, content execution, and campaign support role, you will help plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives across digital channels. You will organize campaign schedules, draft engaging communications, track performance analytics, and support cross-functional efforts to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, content platforms, and paid digital channels.
Write, edit, and proofread clear, engaging marketing copy for newsletters, promotional campaigns, and website updates.
Maintain marketing content calendars, schedule digital assets, and monitor campaign deadlines across teams.
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics (engagement, click-through rates, lead generation) to optimize future campaigns.
Partner with internal sales, product, and design teams to align marketing collateral with core company initiatives.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management.
Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail, grammar, and brand voice consistency.
Familiarity with modern marketing software and tools (e.g., email platforms, social media schedulers, CMS platforms, Google Analytics).
Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaign deadlines simultaneously.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary:

$52,000 - $75,000 USD per year
